Immediate opening: kitchen porter (Georgia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Warren County, Georgia. Your main tasks: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
