Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in Lake County, Florida. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Day to day you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; score the top of loaves before baking; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds.
