CNC milling operator — Colfax County

Now hiring: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Colfax County, Nebraska. You will work at a fabrication and machining plant. On the job you will handle: • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm Requirements: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift Full-time, day shift.
