You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line The role involves marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat.
