Line cook — Kazaure

Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Kazaure, Jigawa State. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen You will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch.
