Quality assurance assistant — Lee County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a quality assurance assistant in Lee County, Alabama. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. Requirements: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits The role involves log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer.
