Immediate opening: we are hiring a collision repair technician in Morris County, Kansas. The job is at a commercial fleet workshop. The role involves: • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour You should have: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish 5+ years on the tools preferred.
