Thermal insulation technician — Marion County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Marion County, Arkansas. You will spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors. Requirements: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
