Bread baker wanted in Taylor County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Taylor County, Kentucky. You will work at a cake shop. You will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
