Earthmoving plant operator — Berkeley County

Now hiring: we are hiring an earthmoving plant operator in Berkeley County, South Carolina. What we are looking for: • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently On the job you will handle: • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
