Urgent requirement: commis chef (Texas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a commis chef in Runnels County, Texas. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. Your main tasks: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
