Falsework carpenter — Ringgold County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Ringgold County, Iowa. The role involves box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting. What we are looking for: • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Able to read formwork and structural drawings At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
