JCB operator — Rush County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a JCB operator in Rush County, Indiana. You will be based at a plant hire yard. The role involves top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely. Requirements: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery 4+ years on the tools preferred.
