Structural MIG welder wanted in Worcester County

Join our team: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Worcester County, Maryland. The role involves lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
