Oven operator — Cass County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Cass County, North Dakota. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. The role involves: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience.
