We are recruiting: we are hiring an insulation worker in Gaston County, North Carolina. Your main tasks: • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape Ideal candidate: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Able to read construction drawings and specifications Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Pay around $10,500 per project, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
