Join our team: we are hiring an argon welder in Carson City, Nevada. On a typical shift you will set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp. What we are looking for: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
