Panel welder — Taylor County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a panel welder in Taylor County, Iowa. You will grind back and re-weld any defective runs; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness. You should have: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Willing to work shifts and overtime Full-time with occasional weekends. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
