You should have: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Day to day you will pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; clear and reset tables between covers; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar.
