Gas installation technician — Marion County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Marion County, Alabama. You will work at a heating and plumbing contractor. Ideal candidate: • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations On a typical shift you will connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray.
