Vacancy available: we are hiring an elevator technician in City of Fredericksburg, Virginia. The job is on a lift modernisation project. Requirements: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota You will install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
