Argon welding operator wanted in Simpson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Simpson County, Kentucky. Requirements: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard Day to day you will clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
