Vacancy available: we are hiring a groundworker in Lubbock County, Texas. You will be based on a commercial building project. What we are looking for: • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times The role involves hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. $230 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Share your details and we will call you back.
