Immediate opening: we are hiring a packaging machine operator in Aransas County, Texas. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills Your main tasks: • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges Six days a week, one day off.
