Brickwork mason • Lewis County, Kentucky

Vacancy available: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Lewis County, Kentucky. You will be based on a new-build development. You should have: • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets On the job you will handle: • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
