Urgent requirement: we are hiring a grill cook in Leon County, Texas. The job is at a roadside dhaba. You will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 1+ years on the tools preferred.
