Press shop operator — Josephine County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a press shop operator in Josephine County, Oregon. You will be based at a white goods manufacturing plant. Day to day you will set up and change stamping dies and tooling; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; record output and downtime on the production sheet; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components. What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
