Banquet server — Christian County

Now hiring: we are hiring a banquet server in Christian County, Missouri. You will be based at a beach resort. Your main tasks: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Clear and reset tables between covers • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place You should have: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Part-time with flexible hours.
