VMC operator — Cass County

Join our team: we are hiring a VMC operator in Cass County, Nebraska. You will work at an automotive components factory. You should have: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience The role involves: • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control Full-time, day shift.
