Requirements: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges You will log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch.
