Maintenance painter wanted in Queens County

Now hiring: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Queens County, New York. You will be based on commercial fit-out projects. What we are looking for: • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application The role involves: • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
