Horizontal milling machine operator — Sauk County

Now hiring: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Sauk County, Wisconsin. You will work in a toolroom. Your main tasks: • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed What we are looking for: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
