Pastry baker — Madison County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pastry baker in Madison County, Arkansas. You will work at a cake shop. Day-to-day duties: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
