Dough maker wanted in Decatur County

Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Decatur County, Kansas. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. The role involves: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
