Sand plant operator wanted in Bowman County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Bowman County, North Dakota. You will be based at a busy iron foundry. You will skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle. Ideal candidate: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
