Join our team: we are hiring an argon welder in Clark County, Indiana. You will feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through. You should have: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
