Great opportunity: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Wolverhampton, England. You will work on an industrial refinery shutdown. You should have: • Able to read basic scaffold drawings • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms You will set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground; erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage; fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. £2,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
