Waiter — Bakori

Vacancy available: we are hiring a waiter in Bakori, Katsina State. The job is in a café. The role involves: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Clear and reset tables between covers • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages Ideal candidate: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
