Join our team: electrostatic spray painter (Michigan)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Presque Isle County, Michigan. You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Day-to-day duties: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow 4+ years on the tools preferred. $30 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
