Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Kandiyohi County, Minnesota. Day to day you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; score the top of loaves before baking. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
