Great opportunity: we are hiring a workshop mechanic in Clinton County, Illinois. You will be based at a tyre and exhaust shop. What we are looking for: • At least 2 years' hands-on experience as a car mechanic • Good eyesight and methodical fault-finding On a typical shift you will read fault codes and clear them after the repair; replace exhaust systems and catalytic converters; replace alternators, starter motors and batteries; estimate repair costs and order the right parts; check and top up coolant, brake fluid and power-steering fluid. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
