Cake decorator — Loudoun County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cake decorator in Loudoun County, Virginia. You will be based in a bread factory. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Day-to-day duties: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
