Paint booth operator — Barnes County

Join our team: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Barnes County, North Dakota. You will be based on an industrial coating line. On the job you will handle: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Full-time, day shift. Pay around $5,200 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
