We are recruiting: we are hiring a press machine operator in Appomattox County, Virginia. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery The role involves change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
