Grill cook — Mashi

Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in Mashi, Katsina State. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. You will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
