Dough maker — Delta County

Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in Delta County, Colorado. On the job you will handle: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Full-time with occasional weekends.
