Presser wanted in Lake County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a presser in Lake County, South Dakota. Requirements: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets The role involves: • Give each garment a final press before packing • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
