Precision welder • Argungu, Kebbi State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a precision welder in Argungu, Kebbi State. You will work at a precision engineering workshop. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection The role involves control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
