PVC window assembler wanted in Worth County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Worth County, Iowa. You will work at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. You should have: • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop Day to day you will crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame.
