Join our team: we are hiring a bread baker in Esan North-East, Edo. You will be based in a bread factory. You will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off.
